Sewing In Ends

Once you have cast off your knitting, you will have tail ends of yarn that need to be sewn in to your work.

Unlike with sewing projects, you can't just tie a knot and cut your yarn as you run the risk of the knot becoming undone over time and potentially unravelling your work.
We need to sew the yarn in to the back of our work.  This is also referred to as "weaving in".
